COMPUTER SERVICE REQUEST (CSR)
TRY THESE FIRST!

1. Check connections to computer - Power cord, surge protector, network, monitor, sound, USB, and other interfaces may require a physical reset. This can be accomplished by disconnecting and reconnecting a connection such as the network cable.

2. Restart program/application - If a program has become completely unresponsive, you can press (and hold) Control+Alt+Delete on your keyboard to open the Task Manager or right-click the taskbar and select Start Task Manager. You can then select the program that isn't working and click End Task.

3. Reboot computer - Choose the option Shut down, not restart, when rebooting or press and hold the power button to turn off the computer. Wait a few seconds, and power it up again.
